Ingredients :

1 1/2-pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil (divided)
1 lime
8 tortillas
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Avocado (or guacamole), sour cream, and salsa

1. Mix the fajita spice ingredients in a small basin.
2. Shrimp fajita seasoning being mixed.
3. Throw the shrimp, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 lime juice, and fajita spice into a big bowl. Toss everything together, so the shrimp is well covered, then put it aside to marinade.
4. Two tablespoons of olive oil should be heated over medium heat in a large skillet. Stir in the onions and peppers and cook for four to five minutes, or until the vegetables have softened and the onions have begun to caramelize.
5. Add the shrimp to the same skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until they become pink.
6. Return the peppers and onions to the pan, stir, and drizzle with additional lime juice. Toss with sour cream, Pico de Gallo, and guacamole, and serve immediately with tortillas.
