Ingredients : 

pork chops boneless center loin, 1″ thick
1 egg whisked
¼ cup flour
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil or as needed

Instructions : 

1. Set the oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
3. Put salt into the flour in a small bowl or plate. Throw the beaten egg into a separate, small dish and stir.
4. To prepare the pork chops, pat them dry with paper towels and gently coat them with flour. Coat the pork chop with egg, ensuring sure both sides are covered. To paint the pork chop with breadcrumbs, dip it into the mixture.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the pork chops on each side in a hot pan for a minute.
6. Put on the sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Please do not overtake.
7. Hold off serving for 5 minutes.
